HIRING for a full time position with a fantastic small team at an environmental company focused on aquatic ecosystems?
Lakeland Biologists is looking for additional office / administrative staff. We have one full time position available Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm. No weekends. Opportunity to work at home November through February.
Job duties include:
answering phones and taking messages
data entry and record keeping
receive packages and ship out small packages
keep track of inventory
accounts receivable
occasionally helping customers in small retail store
possibly helping in our aquatic greenhouse
Willing to train but prefer some experience in the following:
Basic Computer Skills
Microsoft Office
QuickBooks Online
Record keeping
Customer service
Retail service
