Position summary:
· Answers phone and directs call or processes phone orders
· Corresponds with customers & sales team in a fast paced environment
· Responsibility for aspects of the shipping department, customer inquiries, supporting office staff as needed
Responsibilities:
· Promptly responds to telephone and e-mail requests for information from current customers and office staff
· Provides information and assistance to customers regarding ordering, pricing, delivery, etc. Responds to routine questions; defers more complicated technical/applications issues to other personnel and coordinates answers with customers in a timely and accurate manner.
· Gathers documents and assists office staff
· Keeps supervisor informed of job related problems and other information related to work activity.
· Excellent customer service
