Apartment building manager(s) needed for family owned Riverwest properties (6 buildings total of 17 units)
Manager(s) would live on-site in one of our buildings and get a discount on rent for compensation plus possible salary or hourly pay.
Buildings are clean, quiet and well maintained.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Apartment turnovers between tenants.
Day to day repairs in units and common areas of the buildings.Showing units to prospective tenantsMeeting contractors, city inspectors etc
Prospective managers must have vehicle, tools with repair know-how.
Compensation is dependent on experience,skills and duties performed.
