Seeking a Milwaukee duplex property caretaker will check on property when owner is away and keep alert to existing and surfacing maintenance issues. Optionally will do lawn and snow removal duties only rarely. Relating with tenant and contractors is helpful while also advocating for me. Knowledge in real estate and/or custodial property management is helpful. Estimated time is 3 hours per month.
