Devoe Rentals, LLC has an immediate full-time opening for a leasing agent. The leasing agent will serve as a representative of Devoe Rentals, whose primary duties are to properly secure new lease agreements from qualified prospective rental applicants. This individual will be responsible for, but no limited to; scheduling showings, processing applicants, unit inspections before and after tenancy, renewal leases, make payment plans, address current tenant issues, ie, repairs needed or other inquiries. Must have previous leasing experience. This is not remote work.
