Devoe Rentals, LLC has an immediate full-time opening for a leasing agent. The leasing agent will serve as a representative of Devoe Rentals, whose primary duties are to properly secure new lease agreements from qualified prospective rental applicants. This individual will be responsible for, but no limited to; marketing the vacant units, scheduling showings, processing applicants, unit inspections before and after tenancy, leases, make payment plans, address current tenant issues, ie, repairs needed or other inquiries. Must have good communication skills and customer service. previous leasing experience is required. Please note that this is not remote work.
