Small Real Estate Brokerage on the East Side is seeking an Apprentice for Real Estate Brokerage. This position is for someone who wants, at some point, to get their real estate License. This includes helping work real deals, so you will learn real estate. You can Learn The Brokerage Process by shadowing listing and Buyers agents in the field and office. this takes many hours of learning some of them are paid per hour and some aren't. What's not paid is the most important. being around the process is a great way to gain a holistic understanding. Going on Listing Appointments and Showings There is a fair amount of mailings, paper shuffling and paperwork to pay an hourly wage until you decide to get licensed, if you want.
