Luxury Real Estate Brokerage in NYC is looking for agents/brokers/sales professionals interested in working remotely from Milwaukee.
You would be closing deals remotely over the phone, zoom, and email.
Six figure commissions to be expected. This is because of the average price points of properties in nyc.
Average house is $1m in nyc as opposed to average house in Milwaukee which might be $100k-$250k.
The candidate for this position would ideally possess the following characteristics:
1. Ideally some real estate experience. No specific educational background required, but must be professional and well spoken.
2. Completely Ethical, Honest, Respectful, Hardworking, Loyal to the team, Law abiding.
3. Entrepreneurial
4. Incredibly Motivated and a Self Starter with an abundance of ambition.
5. Trainable and committed to mastering the material. You would receive 1 on 1 as well as team coaching and mentoring.
6. Interested in starting immediately and able to have an open schedule or committed to succeeding by working around their current schedule.
7. Able to "survive" financially until their deals begin to close. As is the norm in real estate anywhere, properties can take a few months to close.

This is a commissions only position and especially if you have already worked in Real Estate in Milwaukee, it's essentially the same thing only 1. done remotely and 2. Much much higher commissions.
You would not have to quit your current position since this is in a different territory (NYC). No investment or upfront costs of any kind required. Just your self drive, ambition, hard work, and commitment.
