As a Floral Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting customers in selecting and purchasing beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions.
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Floral Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for flowers, exceptional customer service skills, and a creative flair for floral design. You will work closely with customers to understand their floral needs and preferences, provide expert advice and recommendations, and assist in creating memorable floral experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized assistance in choosing the perfect floral arrangements for their occasions.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest floral trends, seasonal blooms, and our product offerings. Share your knowledge with customers to help them make informed decisions.
3. Consultation: Conduct consultations with customers to understand their specific requirements for weddings, events, and special occasions. Offer expert advice on flower selection, color schemes, and arrangement styles.
4. Sales: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our floral products and services. Close sales transactions and upsell additional products as appropriate.
5. Order Processing: Accurately record customer orders, process payments, and coordinate delivery or pickup details. Ensure orders are completed to customer satisfaction.
6. Visual Merchandising: Assist in arranging and maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that floral displays are attractive, well-maintained, and organized.
7. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
8. Inventory Management: Assist in managing floral inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining proper stock levels. Monitor freshness and quality of flowers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for flowers and floral design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
