We are an extremely busy business; looking for someone who is motivated and hard working.

Sales Associate - Customer Service Representative
Very Fast Paced, High Volume & Family Owned ASE Certified Repair Facility.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Multi-tasking is a must in this job. You will be required to take care of several tasks at once. Along with, making sure customers are satisfied and taken care of quickly and efficiently.
- Record All Customer requests/ concerns on initial repair order
- Finalize repair order with correct/ updated billing or recommendations
- National Account billing
- Tire quotes
- Scheduling - manage bay time and customer wait time
- Answer Phones - direct calls to appropriate person
- Maintain new and used tire inventory- including returns
- Maintain cleanliness of show room and customer bathroom
Requirements:
Efficient Computer Skills
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 Years Service/ Tire Shop Experience
Offer:
$18.00 TO $24.00 PER HOUR - BASED ON EXPERIENCE
