Globe Life is the official Life Insurance Company of the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Braves, Los Angeles Lakers, and have the naming rights to the Texas Rangers Stadium. Working with big sports teams we have to be doing something right. Our organization is seeking a Benefits Representative who is looking for an opportunity to help our members protect their families (VIRTUALLY AND REMOTELY). We have worked closely with teachers, firefighters, police officers and even the NFL Players Association for decades as the #1 provider of supplemental benefits. As workers nationwide have started to lose important benefits, our jobs have become that much more important, and our products have become that much more valuable. The greatest news is it's all done virtually and remotely now due to everything going on.
As a Benefits Representative, you will have a direct impact on the lives of America's workers. You will be able to deliver and explain their benefits VIRTUALLY, that they need and the peace of mind their families desire.
Responsibilities include:
o Help facilitate benefits through Union/Association members
o Determine eligibility for new members
o Respond to service requests
o Provide excellent Customer Service to our members
o Help and assist with application process
Skills needed: Must like to help people, have fun, driven, self-motivated and enjoy interacting with new people on a regular basis. You must have a strong work ethic! We work evenings and weekends and not 9-5pm so the schedule is flexible as we work around the members work schedule. You must be coach-able, self-confident and not insecure, competitive, have common sense, have integrity, goals and purpose. FYI, we only promote from within and our career track is based on performance, not on seniority. We are family oriented, and we offer a supportive, fun, fast pace and encouraging work environment.
Qualifications: Degree in business, sales, marketing or communications preferred but not required. Must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding results. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with others (experience leading a team a plus). Good presentation and customer service skills are essential to success in this position. Individuals must possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to demonstrate flexibility in a rapidly changing, fast-paced work environment. Must be willing to become the best version of self (SPIRIT, MIND, BODY).
We offer a competitive benefits package and compensation on average ranges from $65,000-$85,000 annually, but there is opportunity for a lot higher depending on the applicant's experience and skill set.
