Nature and Scope of this opportunity:

The primary objective of the Sales Executive is to develop NEW business for the company. They must be familiar with all aspects of Interior design and installation, maintenance, live and artificial plants/walls this is to include: sales, production, customer service, estimating, etc.

Qualifications

Interior plant knowledge preferred but not necessary

Design skills or design acumen preferred

Minimum (2) year sales experience desired

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Professional appearance and interpersonal skills for meeting and developing relationships a must.

Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel and able to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Ability to collaborate with other team members

Valid drivers license

Primary Responsibilities

Develop new customers and build strong relationships. Understand the company and promote KEI to the market.

Attend professional association meetings and networking events.

Maintain relationships with customers

Maintain professional and technical knowledge

Prepare all proposals and review bids with management for accuracy and marketability.

Make effective presentations and present all proposals/documents to client.

Close sales and coordinate job specifics with Operations.

Work with clients to ensure all concerns are handled timely and professionally.

Work with division Manager for proper transitioning of jobs, ensuring clients expectations are met and that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget.

Assists in the development and implementation of personal strategic plan and sales.

Assists in the development and implementation of new business development plan.
