Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Software Development: Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.

Technical Support: Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to contribute to project goals and timelines.

Learning and Development: Continuously learn and enhance technical skills through mentorship and training opportunities provided within the team.

Innovation: Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving software development processes and enhancing product features.

Adaptability: Be willing to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience with the following:

- Full-Stack development experience of business or technical applications.

- Experience with build tools and package managers such as webpack, npm, and composer.

- Experience with client and server-side web development frameworks (React, Laravel, etc.).

- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming.

- Strong programming fundamentals.

- Familiarity with HTTP and RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tools.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical.

Experience developing web-based applications using HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and CSS.

Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and changing business priorities.

Maintains a high level of quality and accountability; strives to make products and peers better.

Can drive projects forward and tear down blockers for self and team.

Strong independent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to foster and navigate healthy conflict.

Exceptional facilitation and group problem solving skills.

Salary range $70,000-82,000 based on experience. This role is also bonus-eligible for company incentive plan.
