Our team is growing and looking for a rough or finish carpenter. This role is crucial to our success throughout our commercial, industrial, and residential projects around Wisconsin.

As a Carpenter, you will:
- Possess a high level of skill in rough and/or finished carpentry including but not limited to wood and steel framing, doors, cabinets, and trim work.
- Responsible for safe working conditions and compliance with all safe operating procedures.
- Understand material management for each assigned project.
- Accurately measure and perform layouts according to blueprints. Review and interpret contract drawings and specifications on assigned projects as appropriate.
- Collaborative and willing to help where needed. Lead by example with key CGI policies and practices.
- Contribute to an atmosphere focused on communication, trust, and employee engagement.
- Be professional and courteous at all times when representing Chris Greene Inc.
- Participate in the interactive development of an annual plan focused on YOUR professional growth.
Training, Education and Experience:
Education – High school diploma or G.E.D
Experience and/or Training - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter. Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints as well as performing layout.
Technology/Equipment – Must possess hand tools. Proficient with smart phone for calls, emails, calendars as well as accessing files or documents. Prior experience using Google Docs, Google Drive and Google Calendar or similar programs preferred. Ability to operate machinery, power tools, motor vehicles and heavy equipment.

The employee also must be able to use hands, wrists and/or finger to handle and touch objects/controls. Employee must be able to talk and hear. The employee will also frequently operate machinery, power tools, motor vehicles and heavy equipment.
The employee will occasionally need to do work in tight or confined spaces, stand in a stationary position for prolonged periods and be able to physically move from one worksite to the other.
