LaLonde Contractors, a Southeastern Wisconsin road construction company is looking for qualified individuals to join our team.
Company is willing to provide training and further education.
This is full-time, seasonal work.

Requirements
Must have previous concrete finishing experience
Must have and maintain supply of personal hand finishing tools
Must have capacity to work in a team environment
Must have transportation to and from jobsites
Must have ability to lift 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
Must Be:
Willing to follow instructions and be able to work with others
Willing to work overtime as needed
Able to follow all company procedures and policies
Able to safely and properly care for company equipment
Able to be on time for all scheduled work
Able to receive work dispatches, via telephone text on a daily basis
Safety and damage conscience
Able to work outside in all weather conditions
Able to read engineers ruler, grade stakes and level
Able to crouch and kneel, lift and pull
Attention to detail
Communicate with and instruct concrete laborers
