The Crew Leader Role is for you if:

$24 to $35 pay range based on experience.
The Role:
You will be:
Managing a crew of 1 to 2 other landscapers
Ensuring a professional on-site image is maintained
Keeping tools, equipment, and the vehicle organized and clean to be productive and hit scheduled goals
The point person for our customers, keeping them in the know on their landscape, making recommendations, and ensuring they are
happy with our services
Updating all systems/paperwork to keep the company operating smoothly

Skills and requirements:
Minimum 3 years in the industry and as a crew leader
