We are seeking a skilled and EXPERIENCED ONLY drywall finisher/repair person for residential homes.
This position requires an individual who can perform repair and patching work quickly and efficiently.
Perfect for PART TIME or FULL TIME, or retired individuals seeking flexible hours.

REQUIREMENT:
- Timely and dependable
- Polite, clean, and presentable
- Ability to protect work areas neatly
- Efficient task execution
- Clean up after - like the work was never done
- Reads and writes English, uploads photos, writes a description of the work done

FLEXIBLE HOURS - schedule is made weekly.
Most jobs are one day, some can be completed in 3-4 hours, with the possibility of completing two jobs in one day.
Compensation is based on skill level and performance, with a test required to demonstrate skills and speed.
You will be asked to show the patching of the holes, cracks and to skimcoat We will evaluate your skillset.
(Need to use 5 min mud, green and blue)
Bonuses are available for high performers.
