Foundation Technician needed! Will train, full time, Year-round work. Must have a valid driver’s license. This position consists of working at residential and commercial new construction sites. We’re a family owned and operated company and are looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team We offer an attractive wage and benefit package.
Job Responsibilities:
Applying Delta MS and installing Interra and core GPS board
Applying rigid foam board to foundation walls
Applying TND (waterproofing membrane) to foundation walls
Applying Horizon boards to the exterior of newly built homes
Job site preparation.
Job site cleanup.
Maintenance and repair of equipment.
Inventory of material and supplies
Required for This Position:
Ability to work from a ladder.
Able to be on your feet all day.
Work outside (Spring, Summer, fall and winter- rain & shine).
Pull heavy weighted hoses.
Lift 50lbs
Compensation and Benefits:
Weekly direct deposit payroll.
Hourly pay (Not piece work).
Time and a half for work over 40 hours per week.
