Homestead Road, one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate investment companies in the country, is hiring Remodeling Crew Members to join their hard-working and innovative team in Milwaukee, WI.
The Remodeling Crew completes projects according to quality expectations, established budget and projected timeline.
The crew members will:
Perform finish carpentry duties on site including but not limited to- cabinet installation, LVP & LVT flooring installation, install exterior windows/doors, hang interior pre hung door frames and slabs, install baseboard trim/casing/shoe, install interior wall framing, perform siding/decking repairs as needed.
Installation of wall/floor/backsplash tile.
Basic masonry work.
Painting and drywall projects.
Problem solves effectively concerning daily issues to ensure projects move forward.
The ideal candidate:
Will be highly skilled as a carpenter and must be proficient and well-rounded in other skill sets pertaining to construction activities.
Possess superb time management skills.
Have 2 years+ of experience in the construction field or experience as a General Contractor.
