Insulation installer needed

Growing social enterprise needs an insulation installer and/or proven residential construction worker to join a growing team of union workers helping reduce homeowners' utility bills and reduce carbon emissions right inside people's homes!
Full time (32-50 hours average, with overtime) position joining a team of workers. Must be able to handle different environments and brainstorm solutions to on-the-ground challenges found in the home. Position will include work in attics, basements, crawlspaces and living spaces, but generally inside the home.
Position requires:
ability to lift 50lbs
valid drivers license
own transportation
experience in residential construction and with a team
willingness to work in low/moderate income homes
Optional but appreciated
experience in insulation of attics and/or crawlspaces
building science concepts
Compensation: this is a union job, where entrance would bring you into the local union. Training opportunities are available, within the firm and within the union.
$20-$30/hr, based on experience
