Painters (Employees): $25–$32/hr based on experience
Subcontractors: Average $40+/hr equivalent – industry-leading payouts, higher than national franchise painting companies
Overtime at 1.5x for employees

REQUIREMENTS FOR PAINTERS (Employees)
3+ years verifiable professional painting experience
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Clean record and strong work ethic
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBCONTRACTORS
Must carry liability insurance and worker’s comp
Provide references from recent projects
List areas of expertise: interior, exterior, cabinets, staining, millwork, etc.
Maintain professional standards on job sites
