Seeking the following:
General Handyman - perform maintenance and repairs on rental units. Should have skills that include plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Also be able to perform all functions associated with preparing an apartment for rent - includes cleaning, painting, drywall, etc. Bilingual spanish and english. Tools and transportaion are a must.
Property Manager - All facets of property management including apartment turns, bookkeeping,etc. Familiarity with property management software required. Bilingual spanish and english.
