Tractor & trailer diesel mechanic / 3rd shift

Busy West Allis trucking company looking for a fulltime, year-round third shift, diesel mechanic.
Hours are 9pm-7am Monday through Friday with an excellent hourly wage plus benefits.
DUTIES:
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, engine and transmission issues on tractors and trailers
Take proactive steps with preventive maintenance and repairs to remedy issues
Maintain vehicle repair records
QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical, powertrain and under-carriage of class 8 trucks and trailers
Ability to multi-task and follow procedures
Physical ability to work on and under equipment in order to conduct repairs
Dependable and reliable attendance is required
Ability to work outdoors if needed
Ability to perform emergency road service if needed
2+ years related verifiable work experience is preferred
Valid driver's license is required; CDL is preferred, and be willing to obtain a CDL is a big plus
Must have transportation to and from work
Able to lift at least 75 lbs
Familiarity with Peterbilt, Kenworth and CAT engines is a big plus
