Looking for Roofers and Roofing Crews to complete roof repairs and roof replacements. We have signed a partnership with a major property management company that is expecting to send us 15-20 roof repairs and 5-10 roof replacements each month and are looking to add to our network of roofing subcontractors to handle this increased volume of roofing work. Ideally we are looking for a few individuals to complete the roof repairs and a few crews to complete the replacements. Candidates must be able to load an app on their phone to take pictures and check in and out of jobsites. In addition; candidates must also adhere to the following guidelines:
Contractor represents and warrants that it shall:
1. Clean up after completing the Work;
2. Not use the bathroom in any Location unless authorized by the resident;
3. Not smoke while at the Location;
4. Not take breaks at the Location – all breaks should occur away from the Location;
5. Remain polite, professional, and respectful to the resident at all times while at the Location;
6. Notify of any damage or neglect to the Location;
7. Correct any defects in workmanship that occur within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of final completion of the Work, and any defects in Materials that occur within a period of one (1) year from the date of final completion of the Work; provided, however, if any longer warranty period is specified for any Materials or workmanship under any Specifications, the Agreement, a Work Order, or any manufacturer’s warranty, the longer warranty period shall govern. Contractor shall correct such defects in a manner acceptable within five (5) days from notification of any such defect.
