As a dispatcher, you play a crucial role in ensuring that orders for products or deliveries are received and dispatched smoothly.
You’ll use mapping software to create efficient delivery routes that keep everything on track.
Connecting with customers is important—you'll communicate with them about freight details, delivery times, and any special handling requests they might have, ensuring they feel informed and valued.
Also, you'll need to make sure you maintain thorough records of dispatched calls, driver routes, and delivery timings to keep everything organized.
It’s also essential to stay updated on transportation regulations and laws, as this helps ensure compliance and safety in every aspect of your job
Once you complete 3 week training course you will be able to work from home, must have your own laptop or computer
