Our Mission:
To provide exceptional delivery service to OnTrac customers and shippers through a network of dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused Last-Mile Driver Contractors.
Your opportunity: The "Flex" in OnTrac Flex refers to the flexible nature of the work, allowing drivers to choose their schedules and potentially work for multiple delivery services. This model is similar to Amazon Flex, but specific to OnTrac's operations and requirements.
Realistic Expectations:
Variable Work: No guaranteed routes or volume. First come first serve no reservations
Morning Shifts: Start between 8-10 AM, work until deliveries are complete.
Flat Structure: $2.00 per stop. Earnings vary based on efficiency and available work.
Vehicle Requirements: Must use your own vehicle. Recommended: Cargo Van, Step Van, or CDV (Commercial Delivery Vehicle). No pickups trucks.
Insurance: Commercial insurance required (at your expense).
Independent Contractor Status: Responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
App-Based System: Use OnTrac Flex app for loading, routing, and delivery confirmation.
Upfront Expense may include administrative fees and Territory Access Tolls
Your Settlements are a net 14 and you invoiced weekly payment
