Midwest Auto Recovery is looking for a responsible, experienced and self-motivated individual who is willing to grow with the company!
Based out of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Pay- per vehicle amount giving you the opportunity to maximize your earnings.
Must have a clean driving record and be at least 23 years old.
Tow truck Operator experience required, Repossession Agent experience preferred.
The Repossession Agents job consists of investigating, identifying / locating and securing defaulted collateral using a variety of programs and technology. Once secured, safely and efficiently transporting the unit back to the company impound yard.
Responsibilities:
-Locate, verify and secure collateral out for repossession based on information provided by the lien holder.
-Properly securing the unit to the tow truck and safely towing the unit to the company impound lot.
-Report all recovered collateral in the required systems.
-Maintain company equipment and complete daily vehicle inspections prior to and at the end of each shift.
-Complete condition reports and take photos on recovered collateral as needed.
-Transport recovered units to auction as requested.
-Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.
-Communicate all necessary information and report any issues or incidents immediately to dispatch.
-Must have great de-escalation skills and high situational awareness.
-Be willing to adapt to changes and work with a high level of energy and a positive attitude.
