Description We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our operations in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The selected candidate will become an integral part of our team, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and managing various administrative tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere Perform receptionist duties, managing incoming calls and correspondence Coordinate lunch orders for management teams as required Oversee the check-in and check-out process for contractors, maintaining accurate records Carry out essential administrative tasks such as data entry and file organization Manage mailing responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of mail Maintain inventory of office supplies and restock as necessary Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and SAP for various administrative tasks Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly Leverage strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members. Requirements Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar administrative role for a minimum of 3 years Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Strong skills in data entry and organizing files Exceptional customer service abilities Experience in answering multi-line phone systems Ability to provide concierge services and maintain a professional demeanor Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact with various levels within the organization Must have strong administrative assistance skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
