As a leading manufacturer of colors from natural sources, we are here to make a difference in healthy living and sustainable agriculture. Your Role As a Strategy Associate, you will support the development and execution of Oterra’s strategy in North America. You will collaborate closely with the North American leadership team and work on high-impact projects ensuring that cross-functional initiatives are successful. The role will be reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Execution in North America and will be embedded within the Strategy and Product Management team. Key Responsibilities Supporting the development, communication and implementation of our regional strategy in close collaboration with the North American Leadership Team Plan, support and drive cross-functional strategic projects, including diagnosing challenges, identifying solutions and ensuring successful completion Use project management best practices to monitor progression, timelines, risks and quality of delivery Compile and track key commercial intelligence and market insights Partner with R&D, Applications and Sales teams to identify, explore and drive new opportunities for growth Develop high quality communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders Ad hoc tasks related to corporate communication, commercial analyses etc.
