JOB REQUIREMENTS: Machine Operator Job description: will set up the
order by adjusting heat settings, prep the water troughs, prep the
method of packaging and then will release material from kettle, or
scoop/bucket material from barrel or gaylord case into hopper. Feed
plastic strands through water troughs, up over dryer and guide it into
the pelletizer. Operator monitors the sifting of the chips checking
product for accurate size of cut, color, acquires quality inspection
approvals, and re-feeds poor quality cut product into hopper. Operator
weighs, labels and packages product. Mixer Job Description: follow the
order to gather appropriate raw materials, precisely weigh, and prepare
the batch to mix, monitor progress, deliver batch to the line and clean
mixers and kettles thoroughly. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be able to pass a basic math &
weighing/measurement test. Lift or carry 10 to 25 pounds frequently,
with good judgment lift 25 to 70 pounds occasionally
