Entry Level - Clean Room Technician

Job Title: Production AssemblerJob DescriptionCandidates will use hand tools and different machinery to assemble circuit boards and some sub-assemblies used in multiple fields. Hand tools include screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches. Production machinery will be used to print on solder paste and smaller pieces. Candidates will also perform quality checks on their work before moving to the next steps. Computers will be used to access step-by-step instructions for each assembly. Candidates must be able to log into multiple programs at a time to access the correct instructions. Computer use is not complicated as long as the candidate is somewhat familiar with using one.Hard Skills

Position Overview: The Quality Assurance Technician will perform analysis and testing of product to ensure that it meets all necessary food and beverage quality standards. They will work with production to assist with training on standard operator procedures. They will place products on hold that are outside of the quality specifications; assist with developing corrective action to release product and assist with regular inspections and quality control audit programs. Responsibilities: Analytical Perform routine analytical testing on finished and semi-finished products. Perform routine plating for indicator organisms. Execute environmental monitoring and swabbing program. Maintain Good Laboratory Practices program including method monitoring, equipment calibration and verification activities. Perform routine can seam and bottle closure inspections. Update and maintain laboratory procedures. Execute and assist with validations and verifications including sample collection. Assist with R & D testing including shelf-life studies. Maintain plant sensory program. Quality and Food Safety Management Maintain facility glass and hard plastics inspection program. Ensure completion of daily positive release verification activities and release pending product. Collaborate with operations to create and maintain standard operating procedures and appropriate corrective action for non-conformances.
