You will work closely with machine operators and shift teams to deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently.Shift & CompensationPay Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday What You Will Be DoingQuality & Packaging: Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards.Operational Support: Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders simultaneously, and keep work stations stocked with packaging materials.Team Collaboration: Communicate shift updates and coordinate across departments to keep production running smoothly.Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols as a team role model.Continuous Improvement: Participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects.
