Overview:The Inside Sales Representative will support our Training Facility, which provides webinars, seminars, and eLearning courses to customers on cranes and crane maintenance. This role is pivotal in promoting our training programs, engaging with potential and existing customers, and driving sales to ensure our training offerings reach a wide audience.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Customer Engagement:Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote webinars, seminars, and eLearning courses on cranes and crane maintenance.Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our training programs.Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Sales Support:Assist customers with the registration process for training sessions.Provide pricing information and process orders.Coordinate with the training team to schedule courses and ensure customer needs are met.Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.Marketing and Promotion:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for training programs.Provide input on marketing materials and content to effectively promote training offerings.Participate in webinars and seminars as needed to provide support and engage with participants.Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales activities and results.Product Knowledge:Maintain a thorough understanding of our training programs and the benefits they offer.Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs related to crane maintenance.Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers.
