The Three Lakes Rod and Gun Club is seeking a seasonal Manager/chef/cook from mid-May 2022 to mid-September 2022, possibly leading to annual seasonal employment.
The Rod and Gun Club is a private social Club located in Three Lakes, Wisconsin 40 miles from Michigan's upper peninsula. Three Lakes is the center of the largest chain of lakes in the Midwest. The area is known for water sports and excellent hunting and fishing.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Purchasing food and supplies, preparation of breakfast and dinner 6 days a week, Hiring training and supervision of staff. Day-to-day operations and maintenance of the kitchen and clubhouse during the summer season.
Food service experience, kitchen staff management, culinary expertise, ability to work creatively within established budgets, proven people skills and references required. Proof of full Co-Vid Vaccination required. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Room and board available.
We are also seeking an assistant cook, waitstaff and dishwasher.
