Pay: $24–$28/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Position Type: Temporary – 4 weeks, with potential for longer duration if willing to travel to other sites

Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Concrete Workers for commercial flatwork projects in Minocqua, WI. These temporary positions are expected to last 4 weeks, with the potential for extended work for those willing to travel to additional job sites after the Minocqua project wraps up.
Qualified candidates will assist with all phases of commercial flatwork, including setting and stripping forms, tying rebar, and helping with concrete pours.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and strip concrete forms for flatwork
Tie rebar and install reinforcement to project specifications
Assist with concrete pours: raking, screeding, vibrating, spreading, and basic hand finishing
Load, transport, and organize materials such as rebar, form panels, and tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work collaboratively under the supervision of concrete finishers and foremen
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete experience, especially in flatwork
Reliable transportation and basic concrete hand tools
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job requires proper use of PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses
