Job Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain CNC Mills and Lathes efficiently.
-Perform set-ups and ensure machines are running optimally.
-Multitask effectively, supporting two or more machines simultaneously.
-Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision machining.
-Use standard measurement equipment to inspect and verify complex parts.
-Provide timely status updates and accurate system reporting.
-Maintain good communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of machining experience preferred.
-Associate Degree in a machine tool field is preferred but not required.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Positive attitude and dedication to company success.
-Attention to detail and good communication skills.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
