Youth Group Leader

We’re looking for a relational, reliable, and enthusiastic Youth Group Leader to nurture connection and faith among students in grades 6–12.
About the Role:
The Youth Group Leader creates a safe and fun space where teens can find & follow God in the way of Jesus. You’ll guide our Sunday morning youth group and organize one monthly event—like a game night, service project, or outdoor adventure—that helps students connect with God, one another, and the wider world. Youth Group is where you make friends, have fun, and grow in your faith… all in one place!
Responsibilities:
-Lead Youth Group (grades 6–12) on Sunday mornings during worship
-Plan and facilitate monthly youth gatherings or service opportunities
-Foster a safe, and welcoming environment for all teens
-Build meaningful relationships with students and families
-Collaborate with pastors, staff, and volunteers
-Supervise and ensure safety at all gatherings
Details:
Time: Sundays 9::45–11:15 AM + event planning
Hours: 2–4 hours/week (on average)
Pay: $25/hour ($50–$100/week)
