The assistant janitorial supervisor ensures buildings are clean, checks security, and at times, will supervise 1-2 staff members assigned to weekend event cleaning but often works independently. The assistant supervisor will communicate with the head supervisor if supplies or equipment are needed. Experience with commercial cleaning and light maintenance preferred, team lead or supervisory experience necessary. IMPORTANT: Must be available to fill in as supervisor during weeknights, when and if needed, at higher rate of pay. Regular schedule: Saturday - Weds. Thursdays and Fridays if needed for filling in for Head Supervisor or other staff (can switch Tuesday and Wednesday in some cases-some flex scheduling), 9:30pm-5/6 am with breaks. Position is assigned to one complex of buildings in Rhinelander.
