US:WI:OAK CREEK at our NH-OAK CREEK COMMUNITY HOSP facility. This job is
ON - SITE. FTE: 0.900000 Shift: 1st Schedule: 3 - 12 hour shifts per
week. Hours are 0700-1930. Will work every other weekend. Job Summary:
An exceptional opportunity for a qualified, motivated and committed
Paramedic to deliver the highest quality holistic patient care resulting
in the best healthcare outcomes and extraordinary patient satisfaction
scores in a highly collaborative team model. The Paramedic assists with
patient care by performing clinical & supportive functions that they
have documented competency to perform. The Paramedic adheres to policy,
procedures & established standards of practice. Other duties as
assigned. EXPERIENCE: Paramedic with 1+ year experience required. 3+
years Paramedic experience preferred. EDUCATION: Minimum High School
Diploma or equivalent required. LICENSURE: American Heart Association
(AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA
approved equivalent is required. Paramedic Certification in good
standing in the state of Wisconsin is required. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Fluent in English, both written and oral Commitment to the highest
ideals of the nursing profession in caring for patients Collaborative
teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary group focused on patient
care Ability to work independently Ability to exercise independent
judgment Exhibits strong decision-making skills Displays excellent
communication skills Ability to perform while under stress Ability to

accurately and concisely Ability to follow hospital policies, goals and
procedures Ability to recognize and effectively treat life-threatening
