Adaptable and detail-oriented, they are ready to travel as needed and drive successful project outcomes.This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with all work performed in North Olmsted, OH, Maumee, OH, Deerfield, IL, Oak Creek, WI, or Meriden, CT.What you will be doing: Guide cross-functional teams to deliver platform projects from start to finish.Use the Fortune Brands Product Development Process to design and launch products that meet cost, quality, timing, and customer standards.Drive product development and supply chain activities, focusing on speed to market, budgets, and product costs.Act as the main point of contact for Global Product Development with internal teams and external suppliers.Ensure projects launch on time, meet deliverables, and stay within budget.Collaborate across teams (Engineering, Marketing, Operations) to streamline innovation and platforming efforts.Oversee team performance and manage risks to meet project goals.Provide regular updates through executive reviews and reports.Conduct post-launch reviews to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Adapt to changing priorities and manage critical resources to achieve results.
