Job Details
Job responsibilities:
Work with customers and vendors to quote parts and tooling for new parts Work with in-house and outside tool shops to procure new molds and to make changes to existing molds Work with customers to get new products into production Review drawings and CAD files Tool design reviews Create BOM's, routings and work instructions
Skills/Qualifications:
Associate degree or beyond is desired Experience with plastic part detail design and preferably with other manufacturing processes Project Engineer experience either as a key member or as a team Experience quoting parts, tooling and manufacturing processes Experience setting and meeting schedules Experience working with toolmakers Able to accomplish a large quantity of work Excellent multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Well organized, accurate and detail oriented Able to work well in a team environment Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
