JOB REQUIREMENTS: STS Technical Services is seeking candidates for a
Service Coordinator with our Fortune 500 Client in Oshkosh, WI! This
role will be customer facing, requiring an understanding of order
management and workflow. Job Description: Assist in warranty parts
orders and non-warranty parts quotations Order via parts ordering system
Responsible for updating the parts tracker and keeping service team
aligned with the parts status New delivery management Monitor workflow
on the shop floor Track attendance Manage client expectations with
delivery dates Assist and update leadership throughout the project
process OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Basic
Qualifications: 3-plus years of related work experience Ability to think
strategically and strive in a role that is unpredictable and changing
all the time Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong
ability to multi-task and influence others Ability to effectively
prioritize work Microsoft Excel Proficient Standout Qualifications:
Basic understanding of vehicle systems. Materials / Order Management
