The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching the ideal candidate, is a team player, and has a strong ability to engage passive candidates.Key Responsibilities:Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies. Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.  Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs. Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit. Utilize our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication and expert guidance on interview prep, market trends, and career alignment. Handle a high-volume candidate pipeline across multiple sourcing channels to maintain a steady flow of qualified talent. Prioritize and organize your daily schedule effectively to ensure steady progress on all assigned positions Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment. Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.
