The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching the ideal candidate, and is highly able to engage passive candidates.Key Responsibilities:Proactively source, identify and engage candidates through cold calling, networking, and various sourcing techniques.Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for client roles.Reach out to candidates through various channels to receive a response.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs and hiring objectives. Conduct in-depth recruiting kick-off calls and act as the face to the client.Utilize our ATS to track candidate interactions, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain recruitment metrics.Train, mentor, and support Recruiting Consultants to deliver optimal recruiting servicesDevelop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates in competitive markets.Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and transparency.Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies.
