Balance Staffing is immediately hiring 20+ Assemblers for 1st and 2nd shifts
2ND SHIFT
Train for 4 weeks on first shift before moving to 2nd Shift
Pay: $18.00 during training.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm - 2:00am
Friday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
Able to work Lots of Overtime - Saturday: 1:30pm - 7:30p
Performs a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies per work instruction and/or drawings.
Read assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
Test assembled parts to ensure functionality.
Assist assemblers in performing assembly tasks.
Inspect parameters on checklists.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Upon hire, will Conduct a criminal background screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Min 6 monthsexperience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Ability to Lift up to 60lb on an occasional basis
- This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
