Job Description SummaryIn this executive role, you will lead the digital transformation and master data management for the Integrated Supply Chain & Global Service domains. The Data Domain Owner plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing data assets across multiple data sources in the domain. This role will champion data governance principles, ensure data integrity, and drive data-driven decision-making processes across the Supply Chain organization. This leader will collaborate closely with the Chief Data Officer & Chief Information Officer for ISC/GS to develop and implement an end-to-end digital architecture that incorporates master data management, governance, and data mesh design to enable front end data visualization platforms. This involves developing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with our business outcomes, enhancing visibility, efficiency, and customer experience across all supply chain and service aspects, and building a strong foundation of people, processes, data, and technology. This position entails collaborating with various stakeholders to establish and maintain data standards, implement data management strategies, and drive continuous improvement in data-related processes.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Strategic Partnership and Vision Translation: Collaborate with segment, region, and global supply chain functions to translate the overarching business strategy into specific, actionable plans for supply chain and service technology/data, both in the short and long term. Communicate a compelling vision and establish clear strategic priorities to ensure organizational cohesion and alignment. Digital Roadmap and Process Integration: Lead the co-development and management of a consolidated end-to-end digital roadmap for supply chain processes, in partnership with IT product owners and Centers of Excellence (COEs). Focus on identifying and managing process and digital technology interdependencies to ensure holistic, value-driven outcomes. Supply Chain Digital Development and Master Data Management: Implement a management system to define, make visible, implement, and review the progress of supply chain digital development and maturity. Co-develop and standardize Master Data Management processes and standards for the supply chain and services, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Develop and maintain a data governance framework, policies, and procedures for supply chain. Establish data standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity. Determine data ownership, roles, and responsibilities throughout the supply chain organization. Manage a team of supply chain data stewards. Data and Application Strategy: Define and manage standard datasets and KPI reporting, built on standardized data for comprehensive supply chain and service analysis. Collaborate with IT and COEs to co-develop strategies for application portfolio selection, rationalization, and broader end-to-end data visualization and reporting. Implement data quality monitoring processes to identify and address data quality issues. Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate capturing, storing, and reporting of data. Monitor the usage and health of data assets, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards. Technology Utilization and Supply Chain Intelligence: Provide frameworks, tools, and mechanisms to monitor and assess application utilization and adoption across different segments, regions, and sites. Develop processes, data, and tools for end-to-end supply chain intelligence and design, enhancing visibility and decision-making capabilities. Predictive Analytics and BI Tool Implementation: Drives the implementation of predictive analytics across various supply chain functions in collaboration with IT leaders, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency. A significant task is overseeing the shift to Microsoft Power BI tools, focusing on optimizing data visualization and reporting for diverse supply chain areas like engineering, sourcing, and logistics. This includes collaborating with IT to develop unique intellectual property for advanced visualization. The role also emphasizes tailoring tools and solutions to the specific needs of each supply chain domain. Preparation for Generative AI Solutions: Work in tandem with IT leaders to strategically position each supply chain function for future enablement of generative AI solutions. Anticipate and plan for advancements in artificial intelligence across engineering, sourcing, quality, planning, materials, logistics, and service tools. Network Design and Financial Modeling: Develop a supply chain and services network design practice to model financial costs and operational processes for decision-making, including scenario analysis and network optimization studies. Change Management and Continuous Improvement: Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of simplification and standardization within the organization. Manage annual plans, budgets, and objectives, aligning them with the business's continuous improvement and performance goals. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), ensuring adherence to data privacy guidelines. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement data privacy policies and processes across supply chain.Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Advanced Degree Preferred: A Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable, especially with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Digital Transformation, Data Management, or Business Analytics.

Professional Experience

Extensive Experience in Supply Chain Management: At least 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management, with a significant focus on digital transformation and data management within a large, complex organization.

Proven Track Record in Digital Transformation: Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in supply chain contexts, ideally in the healthcare or related industries.

Expertise in Master Data Management: Experience in developing and implementing master data management strategies and processes.

Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale projects and change management initiatives.

Technical Skills

Data Analytics and Visualization Tools: Proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and data visualization software.

Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and supply chain management software.

Digital Technology Savvy: Understanding of emerging digital technologies like AI, IoT, blockchain, and how they can be leveraged in supply chain management.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey vision and strategies.
