You’ll be the face of our life-changing products, you’ll drive customer satisfaction through excellent service and you’ll help healthcare professionals deliver world-class care to patients using innovative medical technologies.The Military DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29. Separating Service members can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus solely on training full-time with approved industry partners after unit commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) provides written authorization and approval. GE HealthCare as a Skill Bridge partner offers real-world training and work experience in in-demand fields of work while having the opportunity to evaluate the Service member’s suitability for the work. Military DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from GE HealthCare, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.Job DescriptionMUST BE ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY TO QUALIFYRole SummaryThe Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. They drive process excellence and cultivate strong relationships across departments to meet quality standards and achieve project goals.Essential Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate project planning, scope definition, and resource allocation with stakeholders.

Develop project timelines and resource plans for successful project completion.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Conduct project post-mortems and generate lessons learned reports for continuous improvement.

Perform remote observations, analyze data, and propose process improvements.

Drive continuous improvement and simplification activities across projects.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be Active Duty Military.

Associates degree or equivalent with one year of project management experience; or High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent with two years of project management experience.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Desired Characteristics:

Bachelor’s degree or three years of project management experience.

Proficiency in Excel for data management.

Previous leadership experience.
