hiring an expert Liquor District Manager to support the overall growth
of our Liquor Division! In this role, you will not only oversee the
daily operations of assigned locations but provide overall direction and
support to ensure maximum profitability! You will use your leadership
skills to mentor Liquor Manager and their support teams to assure
compliance with established sales, guest service, merchandising, and
pricing programs, while maximizing personal potential and store
objectives! Additional Duties Include: Assist in the development and
execution of strategies that will ensure operational and financial goal
achievement of assigned retail liquor stores. Utilize financial and
operational reporting to identify profit opportunities and to mitigate
losses so that each liquor store achieves its budgeted targets for
sales, margin and gross profit. Continuously assess store performance
and partner with Liquor Managers to build action plans to continuously
improve. Responsible for overall business results of P&L, productivity,
quality, loss control, people and service. Drive the company's guest
service philosophies, merchandising, pricing and labor programs at store
level to ensure conformity throughout the liquor division. Review store
standards during visits and complete the store visit checklist. Document
