The ideal Order Management Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and outstanding communication skills.Requirements Education & Experience:
Bilingual Spanish/English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of export documentation requirements and international shipping processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
