The Osthoff Resort is seeking an efficient, detail oriented, and guest focused individual to join our team as a Banquet Set-Up Associate. As a Banquet Set-Up Associate, you are responsible for accurate set-up and teardown of all meeting and catered functions according to BEO specifications, ensuring that all required items are in place prior to each event; as well as cleaning pre-function areas on a daily basis. Qualified candidates must be capable of lifting, moving, and storing all furniture and equipment needed for setting up and tearing down banquet functions including tables, chairs, podiums, dance floors, equipment, etc. An ideal candidate will be able to work 32-40 hours, have a flexible schedule with daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
